1. Legal Information and Purpose of These General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTC) of Bytecloud Saas LTD define the rights and obligations of Bytecloud Saas LTD and the Subscriber in the context of the paid services accessible via the website tolanos.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published and operated by Bytecloud Saas LTD .
The terms of use for the Site and the free services available are defined in the General Terms of Use. The terms of sale for products on the Site are covered by the General Terms of Sale.

Bytecloud Saas LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify the Subscriber one (1) month prior to their effective date. A Subscriber who does not accept these modifications may terminate their Subscription in accordance with the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions, within one (1) month of notification.
2. Definitions
Subscriber: refers to any natural person aged at least 18 years, contracting with Bytecloud Saas LTD to benefit from a Personal Subscription.
Subscription: refers to the contract to which the Subscriber subscribes to receive monthly digital content and access Specific Services under the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions.
CGS: refers to these General Terms and Conditions of Service.
Account: refers to the personal account created by the Subscriber on the Site, accessible via a username and password.
Personal Data: refers to the Subscriber's personal information processed by Bytecloud Saas LTD , in accordance with our Privacy Policies.
Specific Services: refers to the features and benefits offered to Subscribers, as detailed in Article IV.
Site: refers to the website tolanos.com published by Bytecloud Saas LTD .
3. Presentation of the Subscription and Specific Services
The Subscription grants the Subscriber unlimited access to the Specific Services for the entire duration of the Subscription, subject to payment of the fee and creation of an Account. The Specific Services are accessible exclusively through the Subscriber's Account.
These services include access to a regularly updated digital content catalog, as well as member-only benefits such as discounts on certain products. A full list of Specific Services is available in the Subscriber's personal account.
4. Terms and Conditions of Subscription
Account Creation: Before subscribing, the Subscriber must create an Account by providing accurate personal information. Only one Account is allowed per person.
Ordering Process: The Subscriber logs into their Account, accepts the General Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box, and proceeds to payment by credit card. The subscription becomes effective once payment is validated.
Confirmation: The subscription confirmation is sent to the Subscriber by email.
5. Subscription Duration
The Subscription is for a period of 30 days, automatically renewable each month. To cancel the Subscription for the current month, the cancellation request must reach Bytecloud Saas LTD no later than the 15th of the month. Cancellation can be made via the contact form on the Website or by email to contact@tolanos.com .
6. Early Termination – Account Deactivation
In the event of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions, payment difficulties or attempted fraud, Bytecloud Saas LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Subscription without notice, and without possible compensation.
7. Price and Payment
The Subscription price is listed on the website in euros ( €43.90 ), inclusive of all taxes, and is payable by credit card only. After the 3-day trial period, the Subscription fee will be charged monthly. Bytecloud Saas LTD may revise this price at any time, providing the Subscriber with two (2) months' notice before the new rates take effect. The Subscriber will be charged each month according to the amount agreed upon at the time of subscription.
8. Delivery of Specific Services
Specific Services are available immediately after full payment of the Subscription, via the Subscriber's personal Account.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Subscriber has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the services have already begun with their prior consent. To exercise this right, the Subscriber must send a withdrawal form to contact@tolanos.com or by mail to Bytecloud Saas LTD , 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT.
10. Personal Data
Personal Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policies.
11. Assistance and Complaints
For any questions or complaints, the Subscriber can contact customer service at contact@tolanos.com or by phone at +33 4 12 38 05 79 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Proof and Correspondence: Communication is primarily conducted via email. Information delivered by email will be considered valid.
Partial Invalidity: If a provision of the General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the others remain fully applicable.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no agreement can be reached, the Subscriber may resort to mediation or bring the matter before the competent courts.
Appendix 1: Right of Withdrawal
The Subscriber has the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. They must send their request to Bytecloud Saas LTD , 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT, or by email to contact@tolanos.com .
Appendix 2: Withdrawal Form
